UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Part-time 19 hours ago Full Job Description Duties Act as the point of contact for all newly assigned personnel; orient them regarding the basic functions of the organization, introduce them to key personnel and schedule their initial training/orientation requirements.
Responsible for programs to include but not limited to task management, cybersecurity liaison (CL), Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator, drug demand reduction program, health care program, fitness program, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, civilian timecard program and unit recognition program.
Advise the commander/director on policy and executes directives through the establishment of procedures for associated programs.
Develop, establish, update and maintain office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.
Conduct reviews and briefings on all facets of management functions with recommended courses of action for resolving problems.

Qualifications In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Clerical and Administrative Support Positions for 0303 Series.
SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in federal service which equipped the applicant to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the position of Unit Program Coordinator.
Specialized experience is experience which may have been gained while assisting with administrative support programs to include, but not limited to task management, cybersecurity, travel card program, travel system, drug demand reduction program, health care program, and unit recognition program.
OR EDUCATION:
One full year of graduate level education in a related field.

Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100 percent.
