NDAD Director of Gaming Operations

NDAD is looking for a Director of Gaming Operations based in the Grand Forks office.  A prime candidate is a person who will continue to promote an atmosphere of enthusiasm and solid site proficiency.  Must be dedicated to ensuring our sites provide outstanding customer service and a high level of professionalism.  Candidate must be anxious to learn every aspect of the business and able to offer firm yet fair staff supervision as well as maintaining an outstanding working relationship with bar management and owners.  Must have a clean driving record.

Requirements:

This position requires flexibility to work both office and on-site hours to meet the needs of the company.  A minimum of 40 hours per week is required.  Frequent in-state travel is a position requirement.  This position will be responsible for supervision and leadership of 11 gaming sites across the state as well as seeking out and implementing new gaming sites. Previous management and customer service experience is a requirement.  Previous gaming experience is desired, but not required. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft office products.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
