Black Gold Farms has an exciting opportunity available for an Accountant at its headquarters operation in Grand Forks, ND. This position will be joining a great team and a business that offers a positive and family orientated work environment.
Responsibilities of this position include:
1. Analyzing and reconciling the general ledger.
2. Assisting with all accounting and bookkeeping functions associated with several business units, including invoicing receivables, creating payables, reviewing orders and monitoring performance measures.
3. Assisting with journal entry and month end processes, including depreciation, accruals, inventory, and reconciliations.
4. Assisting the accounting team with budget creation for the company's operations, reviewing and recommending modifications as necessary.
5. Providing assistance to other accounting team members and departments to assist in peak times, cross train or to serve as a backup.
Ideal candidates for this position will have an accounting related degree and/or related experience. Candidates must have strong Microsoft Office experience and good attention to detail. Experience desired in Dynamics Great Plains or other accounting related software and fixed asset experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
